The Marxist exploit our inability or either Systematic dysfunction in successfully dealing with these poor; albeit Jesus did say that "the poor will be with you ALWAYS". The Marxist see Christians as hypocrites, though they don't believe in a God-based Morality but a Secular version.

Systemic dysfunction is absolutely what the American Marxists peddle. Nearly everything they employ in their political strategies involves pitting one class/group of people against the other to sow discontent and resentment. Their Marxist strategy always has a component of oppressor and oppressed. The Marxists beguile the fragile minded and gullible to believe their Marxist Dystopian Utopia is the answer to their oppression and the defeat of their oppressors

Arguments based on Subjective 'Morality' always go into the abstract, philosophical weeds, BT.

I read half of Helmut Schoeck's "Envy" and realized that for the whole of human recorded history that their more complex and *prosperous* civilizations and culture were always based on a form of 'Collectivism'. I.e., that the common GNP was shared in ways that guaranteed the lowest of individuals the basics for survival. The 'Leaders' and the Populous realized the power of Envy/Jealousy (Cain v Abel) as a societally pernicious challenge, and essentially limited the degree to which individuals could amass wealth. Of course, the 'Leaders' were always exempted from limitations; just that most all of the plain folk weren't aware of the degree of affluence of said Leaders, or they allowed it as a form of gratitude. Enter Social Media ("shouted from the rooftops" and "knowledge shall increase").

Our Nation was founded on the Idea (Capitalism) that individuals could keep the fruits of their God-given abilities and labors and acquire relative affluence and power that was formerly realized only by the elite 'leaders'. Of course, this Individualist Idea when implemented caused two things: Private individuals could acquire more power and affluence than the Leaders...and those individuals in the population with less ability would have fewer guarantees of even the basics, minus some degree of their contribution re productions of a real good or service. Individual 'value' as it were.

In essence, a de facto "Lower Class" was created, as was a "Middle Class". THIS is the Moral basis upon which Marxist Ideology exists and aptly argues and appeals to youthful and idealistic minds to promote its Secular Moral Cause (Social Justice). They indict our Christianity as being hypocritical in that the Lower Class (Jesus' "poor") are left to their own very limited powers to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps", while the Middle Class prospers (Worldly so).

Of course, from High Class Elite narcissists, to Middle Class Christians who choose indifference re Christ's admonition to the serve the poor...and on down to the Lower Class of the which many are virtual heathen (no moral conscience applied), across ALL Classes there are examples wherein pure Evil (Evil being the opposite of Love) rules the day. And who could disagree that such should be rewarded/punished accordingly.

The Marxist believe that social injustice causes desperation and creates the evil in many of the less powerful individuals...while ignoring the fact that said choice to serve Evil manifests across the Class spectrum. And being especially disgusting to honest folk in the 'Leadership' Class. Think Biden and Pelosi. Trump earned his affluence by producing goods and services - as many do - though his 'Christianity' will be judged by Jesus. Soon.

Hell I could type for another hour, but I know you get the point. Such being that we are essentially passengers on a societal 'Titanic', and that though we know the problem (iceberg/calamity ahead), given the dynamics, there is little we can do to avoid said calamity. What we can do is learn from it, for future prosperity. Albeit, that unless "the spirit of evil" - which exist as both a selfish aspect of Human evolutionary nature, or as an existential and 'real' Entity in opposition to the Loving Father/God - can be "bound for a thousand years"...then we are pissing in the wind in believing that WE can ever overcome this obstacle...minus the help of a Power greater than our own volition and intent. Enter Jesus, and His Promise. Of course the Secular Humanist will scoff, and give their own version of 'Top/Down' rule a whirl, but it will likely go down in the Prophetic flames as it turns on the very, flawed and limited people it purports to serve. Herding cats never ends well.

Lord have mercy on them who love.
