They suckered almost 5000 voters.
Link?
Last time I checked, there wasn’t a single voter who said they were fooled by the meme and didn’t vote attached to the case.
quote:
The prosecution has transcripts of exchanges between Mackey and four co-conspirators
This is more support for my argument than against it.

Haha....this is rich:
quote:
According to the DOJ, before Election Day 2016, at least 4,900 unique telephone numbers texted to the number.
Texted.
No proof whatsoever they didn't go to the polls and actually vote.
No proof that it wasn't a bunch of Democrat Operatives.
No proof it wasn't a bunch of dope smoking kids in Mom's basement.
You need to read the article, it's even got comments from those really honorable folks at the Southern Poverty Outlaw Center....
If the DOJ says it, it must be true...
Haha...We know the DOJ's word is golden....
Any REAL Lawyer would shite all over this case and refuse to play idiot-contrarian....

Regardless, the conspirator transcripts confirm the INTENT to keep certain voters away from the polls.
You seem to believe that the transcripts establish the opposite. I would love to hear your theory.

Our good friend finally posted a link>
FBI are the good guys paragraph 36
Of course you have to believe that
A. The FBI never lies
B. That all the idiots that texted were registered voters (they only called them "unique phone numbers")
C. They didn't all go out and vote anyway after texting (given that they are Democrats, it's likely they voted 3 or 4 times total)
So much for "merit", this guy is nothing more than yet another Political Prisoner, but some people are ok with that.
