And it will be used as the tip of the spear to rein in all sorts of bureaucracy. OSHA regs cant suddenly be used to "Mandate" vacines. Dept of Ed cant suddenly mandate masks, etc.

DEPT OF ENERGY cannot add arbitrary guidelines interpreting all sorts of vague green initiatives.

Dept of Interior cant close down the local farmer because a bear shits in the woods and there used to be a stream there 80 years ago.
