Brown has a lengthy criminal history, spanning more than a decade across several parishes. Most of the charges come from St. John the Baptist, where he had been arrested more than 10 times over the past 10 years. He’s been arrested at least twice for domestic abuse battery. Court records show Jones as the victim of at least one of these incidents. Both times the charges were dropped by the victim. Some of the other common charges were simple robbery, battery and assault, along with resisting an officer and flight from an officer. There’s even one charge of injuring or killing a police animal, along with various drug charges.
But the justice system is unfair to black people!!!!
The truth is these pieces of literal shite get more than 10 chances to change their ways until they ultimately do something like this and brutally murder someone. A more strict justice system may have prevented this murder. That’s the harsh reality progressives will have to learn the hard way.

Yeah, this is a problem and these lenient arse judges should be prosecuted along with him. That woman's blood is on their hands too.

And here lies another problem with the justice system. What is the status of all of these charges? As long as he is out of jail, his legal team (public defender no doubt) can keep kicking the can down the road and all of these remain charges. Therefore, he gets to keep doing this shite until he escalates it.
