They can always let Tenn. have him first and when/if he finishes that sentence, then let La. have him on the other charge.

Either way, this POS should never be allowed back on the streets again.


And I agree, the N.O. killing of that woman is flat out 1st degree murder. Nothing short of a cold blooded, deliberate execution is what he did to that lady.

The difference between first and second degree is just certain aggravating circumstances like killing a cop because they're a cop or the killing occurred during the commission of certain other crimes, not how awful the killing was.
