Looks like they are headed toward ending this problem in towns where the mayor can give the cop $20 to go patrol the local airport while business is taken care of. If these people want to come to small town America and frick things up, they are in for a surprise - just before they bleed out. Why don't they understand that by them breaking the standards of civil discourse they give those that they fight the justification to also set those standards aside for a time?
