No, god has defined sin in the Bible. There are plenty of pastors/priest who are not saved, preaching false testimony, and are heading to hell. First commandment is thy shall have no other Gods. These pastors are changing god’s views on morals to justify sin. This is a false god they have a false conversion and they are not saved.

No. The authority is God's. He will not bless things he condemns regardless of whatever legal theatrics men throw at it. It is a wicked abomination.
