If they don't get Scott or Victor W next year I can see them trading SGA and starting all over, which may cause ripples

I don't think they can lose SGA. Even though they may be in that small market category, they have to keep some semblance that they expect to win. I think New Orleans is doing a decent job lately of trying to create that balance between the draft and free agency. OKC is going to have to make a similar investment soon. It just can't be all about the draft.
