Obama — an unknown backbencher from the Illinois State Senate — was chosen because he is a company man and does as he is told. This is the very reason the Clintons were plucked from obscurity from a relatively small southern state to challenge the Bush Dynasty.
This is not to deny that there are true differences in political priorities between these characters or that they have do not have a political base of power in Washington. Yet ultimately, what we are witnessing is the left and right wing of the Deep State vying for control of the Imperial Killing Machine.

Correct. Hussein is, at best, Middle management. His hunger for any modicum of power that is rationed to him is sad.
It's my belief that were it possible to see an accurate list of the 100 Most Powerful People in the World, most of us wouldn't even recognize 5 of the people named.
