I use my Insta pot very regularly. I make things like meatloaf stew chicken, barbeque legs, soups & even red beans and rice in less than an hour. I’ve become extremely confident in using it and almost ready to do some experimentation. I even picked up a secondary one to keep at camp.

Has it replaced your slow cooker, for those of you who have the instant pot? Does it produce the same tasty food a slow cooker will?

How are its advanced features, like sear and low temperature cooking modes?
