Spontaneously bought a cool Martin this past weekend

Was out of town this past weekend and saw this 1994 HD28 listed about two hours, drove down and bought it.
My original intention for buying it was it was listed as a 1993 (my birth year) and I've always wanted one but after further research, it's actually a 1994.
I'll probably end up reselling it, already listed on Reverb and Marketplace, but I love buying and selling guitars, especially one as cool as this.
It's a little banged up as it has been played a lot and has a ton of mojo. So much louder and more open than a new Martin and the top is a nice, toasty brown. The photos won't convey how cool it is but it looks and sounds awesome.
Only "problem" is it has barely any saddle left

HD-28s are forever among my pure acoustic tone benchmarks. Nice score.

Obviously each guitar is different but what strings would you recommend for an HD28?
