If the single wide is in usable shape, I’d look into selling it. You can get them transported for $5-10k depending on distance. Maybe less I haven’t looked recently. But I’d consider that option.
I haven’t looked into clean up service in a couple years so I don’t know about price. Some of that stuff you can do for a lot less then you’d think as they will scrap/ sell some of it. 2 dumpsters and an excavator can do a lot of cleanup pretty quickly. I’d get quotes to have someone else do it before considering doing it yourself.

Thx. I doubt the single wide is even scrapable. It doesn’t look like anyone has lived there in a very very long time.
I got a quote for a double wide demo on another property and it was $8,000.
It’s hard to find anyone to call you back and actually go out and quote things like this these days. At least in this area.
I do think someone would come and take the cars. But the drive is steep and needs work before most vehicles could safely use it.
There’s also a bunch of crap up on a hill that has no drive currently. People are so trashy.
