That's a lot more advanced than what I do
I don't even have any plugins. I really want to keep it as simple as possible so I can take the notes anywhere.
That said, I find searching kinda sucks with no plugins, even with hashtags.

How are you using your #tags?
Are you embedding them inline in your notes as you type them or are you using them at the note level?
This is what I mean by inline:
Asked #SomePerson why the chicken crossed the road.
