With $36MIL up front. 
He becomes the highest paid safety in the League. And well-earned. He's the best safety in the NFL. To think that he was replacing a Hof'er in Polamalu who replaced another HoF'er in Rod Woodson. The legacy is unreal.

Really thought Alabama would lose out on his services to FSU
He came in and within about 3 practices word out of camp was his spot was completely sealed
He showed why from day one his freshman year and has kept an upward trajectory every single year until now

Best all around defender I ever saw at Alabama. Guy is always in position to make the play.

I always found it amazing how the Dolphins couldn't find a way to properly utilize him.

Definitely a close second to Mathieu as far as game-changing safeties in college.

Yeah Minkah was def a very Poor Man’s Mathieu in college. And that’s not even an insult to Minkah. Mathieu was just an all time great defender in college football history.
Minkah Has arguably outperformed Mathieu in the pros though at similar junctures of their career. Has better size and has stayed healthier so far.

Same here. But that's why they are the Dolphins. Their loss is the Steelers' gain.
