OK. I’ll explain this from their perspective.

Motorcycle clubs view their patches as sacred, especially 1%er clubs. It takes a lot of shite to earn the right to wear those patches so they respect and protect them, oftentimes with with their life if necessary. Seeing someone disrespecting the patches they hold sacred is, in their viewpoint, unacceptable. And one of the highest forms of disrespect, again from their perspective, is for someone who has not earned a patch to wear a patch. I’ve seen this happen a couple of times and it doesn’t go well.
