Just finished. I'm with the majority. Season overall was average. Writing dropped significantly.

Trying to keep this spoiler free to an extent.

I don't understand the sudden seizures I did like the twists. I really hated the fact that he let the doctor live. Someone made a funny point about him being camped out on the doctor's property - definitely a film mistake.

Would have liked more Alphie. Arthur seemed like a puss most of the season.

Overall the season ran as if there is much more to come. Yes I see now about a film but that will be several years. We will have forgot everything by then

That is the current problem with most shows. You can’t take years off and expect people to return and be pleased.

Stranger things managed to do it with this season but if it goes for over a year good luck.

I feel like that is one of the major drawbacks to the binge release.
