Ok. Now I’ll come in and say the ACTUAL reason out loud that no one wants to discuss. 73% of black babies are born out of wedlock with Hispanics and caucasians trying to compete with them for the title.
Black males make up over 50% of violent crime. There’s a terrible cultural disease of fatherlessness in the African American community.

Not saying that isn't a real problem because it is. But we need to solve the drug problem. It's probably the biggest health and crime crisis in the country by a wide margin.
