"Well regulated" doesn't mean government regulations though. I know, you aren't very bright but I'll help you out. "Well regulated" in the context of the 2A means well functioning and well equipped. When you bring a mechanical watch in to a jeweler for repair it will be regulated, it will be tuned to keep proper time and function. It's funny when the dolts talk about the meaning of the 2A and obviously don't know what they are talking about.

It means that if a weak arse administration wanted to sign over authority to, say some Satanic shithole group like WEF, and they in turn wanted restrictions on the populace and our Government agreed, you would possibly get your answer.
Democrats allow the populace to believe that gun restrictions are for public safety. The reality is they, the leadership, know that an armed populace will never comply with forced removal of Rights. Hitler knew that too.
