Just paid $13 for four chicken strips

Not at a movie theater. Not at a ballgame or on a boat... But at a local upper scale hamburger joint in the vein of 5 Guys or In-N-Out.
That did not include a drink, side anything... Just 4 strips (though they are good) for $13 ($3 apiece + tax).
A year ago, they were $1.75 each....
In 12 month, the price of a damn chicken strip has gone up 85%.

That’s a lot to charge without including at least one side. But I’m also assuming the prices were posted and you chose to purchase them anyway.

Nope. Call in order and had an older menu. Figured they would be about $2 or so now, but nope. Nearly double. Nearly pissed myself when they told me the total at the window.
