White Employee Ethical Groups

How is it possible for big time employers to have ethical groups for every ethnicity under the sun but white straight caucasians? It’s such a double standard. I’m not racist in the least bit, but how is this legal for one ethnicity but not another? Can anyone who is a legal expert comment on this?

I work at a company that has this bevy of support groups. I believe on my way out I am going to demand that straight white men get their own group.

No. If you do you’re automatically put under the microscope by HR. I’m too far along from starting retirement to jeopardize my career.
