We don’t get much rain in spring. And if we do it’s nothing like what y’all get in Louisiana, bama and MS. The rainy season here doesn’t really get started until June.

On average, it rains 15.5 days in May in central Florida and 12.6 days in Birmingham

The point being, outside playing in a stadium with a roof, rain is going to be an issue regardless of where you play the SECT. Saying the tournament needs to be moved because of weather issues is just ignorant. There are plenty of reasons to advocate for the SECT to leave Birmingham, but the weather is not one of them

Eh idk about that stat. While I can’t speak for Birmingham, 15 days of rain in the month of May in Central FL seems very high. How many inches of rain I think would be a better one to go off. A quick 5/10 minute shower would be considered in that stat you provided. But agree to disagree on that. I do agree with you though that there are better reasons to have the tourney moved outside of weather.
