Lol again you’re giving Josh Donaldson WAYYY to much leeway here. He lowered a knee at a sliding TA last week at third. It was a a hard play between two guys who don’t like each other. Donaldson is The same guy who accused Giolito of Spider Tack and then threatened to fight him in the parking lot last year.

There is a TON of history between Donaldson and the Sox. To suggest the Jackie comment wasn’t meant to be disprespctful toward TA after all the history between them is insane and any rational thought otherwise is because you’re completely delusional by the race concepts you disagree with in society. From a pure baseball standpoint is was bs on Donaldson…end of story.

Dude, of course it was meant to be disrespectful. ALL trash talk is disrespectful. Even your fellow Gator Tim Tebow who is genuinely a great guy would do the chomp in the faces of opponents. The only player I've ever heard of in any sport who would consistently give genuine compliments to the other team on the field is Andrew Luck.

That doesn't mean Donaldson's taunt was racist. It was, "Tim, you think you're Jackie Robinson? THAT'S funny. Okay then, Jackie..." If Tim had compared himself to any other player of any race for whatever reason (Jeter, Banks, Honus Wagner, Cal Ripken, Ozzie Smith... whomever), Donaldson would've taunted him with that player. He's a trash talker who tries to get under people's skin. And yeah, he's a complete tool who it seems like does have a history of wearing out his welcome in his own clubhouses.

But it wasn't racist. He shouldn't be suspended.
