This decision literally changes a prior decision.

Obviously getting votes altered is the easiest solution, and also the one where they are least likely to get assassinated till it’s exhausted.

But you’re saying your worried about their life, wel once they make their choice people are gonna wonder how to fix a 6-3 court with lifetime appointment:

It's taken 50 years, and even RBG said it was bad law. If a national law were to be 'reinstated', it wouldn't be on RvW premise.

How are two things related?

Dems had the White House, Senate and House, yet can't stack the courts. They can try, and they will fail. But intimidating, assaulting or 'removing' a Justice (or a member of the Justice's staff or family) so they can't vote is a valid concern.

Not my opinion, but from those in charge whose job it is to see to their security.


The court can hand down a ruling any time it wants. They could hand it down today, if they want to.
