Sounds like you think revoking RvW IS the "damage" that needs being fixed.
Threatening, intimidating or worse ... to get the votes altered while the Dems are in control is exactly what the Left would love.

This decision literally changes a prior decision.
Obviously getting votes altered is the easiest solution, and also the one where they are least likely to get assassinated till it’s exhausted.
But you’re saying your worried about their life, wel once they make their choice people are gonna wonder how to fix a 6-3 court with lifetime appointment:
