You can see it's blown out in that back corner.
Red is where it's blown out. Blue is where it should be at full pool, seen older satellite images and that's where the water level was.

For starters list
*pump it out
*have equipment muck it out and contour the bottom as you'd like
*add structure in pond for fish if desired
*clean all vegetation and trees from levee area and rebuild levees
*rebuild levee with proper clay based material and pack it in layers
*install over flow pipe to maintain level during rain events...also to prevent levee wash over which leads to wash out
*choose area and form emergency overflow with elevation above the over flow pipe
