There must be a big credit event coming. HYG hasn’t participated in the rally since Friday and XLF has barely participated and their charts look like death. What gives me even more confidence in making this call is the symmetry in the VIX and I wouldn’t be shocked to see the VIX make an all time high by September / October.
I also think tax receipts sucked. They want the boomers back in the workforce.
