Abortion isn’t a church issue.
Most of the arguments against abortion use church beliefs, such as life beginning with conception. Many pro choice people don’t believe life begins until the baby is born.

Most of the arguments against abortion use the humanistic concept that human life is intrinsically valuable. People have different definitions on when life begins, clearly, but that doesn't put the entire discussion in the realm of Christianity by any means.
