re: Looking for a fish taco recipe

Fish - redfish/wahoo/cobia/etc

Here's my favorite:
1/4 C olive oil
2 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs fresh lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
1.5 tsp honey
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Tony's
1/2 tsp block pepper
1 tsp Crystal/Tabasco
Marinade in fridge a couple hours

Sauce
1/2 C sour cream
1/3 C mayo
2 tbs lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Sriracha
