I usually bake or grill some type of white fish such as haddock, mahi, etc. or salmon. For the sauce, I make a chipotle & lime mayo mix (aioli?). Add some corn and tomatoes.

I sometimes do tuna but I will make a ginger & lime mayo and add fresh mint and basil. Salmon works with this combo too.
