Rained like hell yesterday, can I apply today or should I wait?
How long will the mix stay effective/usable in spray tank? Say I make too much for an application, can I leave it in the tank and will it still be good to go in 5-6 weeks for spot spray?

If leaves of weeds are dry, I would go ahead and apply. I also use a surfactant.

As long as it is not outside in the sun you should be okay.

I have a 3 gallon hand can and I fill it with my herbicide and put it on the top shelf in the garage. I use it all season. I rotate 3-4 herbicides so I only change it every 3-4 months.

MSM for months in a sprayer? That class of chemistry usually loses its effectiveness rapidly when mixed with water

I used MSM Turf last fall to spot treat some Virginia Buttonweed but is it okay to treat the entire lawn? I have some clover, crabgrass, and a few other weeds throughout the lawn and I just want to make sure I can spray the entire lawn with MSM and not have to spot treat.

Yes you can. If you have st Augustine you will get more response with higher temps. Once it gets around 90 degrees I leave out the surfactant to cut back on the response which is usually a little yellowing
