It can still be underrated and dying. A lot of those towns look to be old rust belt towns.

Pittsburgh has been doing a great job redeveloping its economy and the city as a whole. Tourism employs 11k people. They have major employers in the Higher-ed and banking industries. They are also a major player in Health care
