You might as well just go ahead and consider any area near Sherwood Forest, north of Coursey a bad area.

They don't care anymore.
There used to be boundaries and they kept their BS on their side.
SWB and Puppet Pawl tore those boundaries down and handed the entire city to the scum on a platinum CAT converted platter.

It's every area in BR just about. If you live in Oak Hills or Southdowns you still have some hood rat stuff going down a mile from your neighborhood.

This. Unfortunately, it’s been creeping it’s way down Coursey in recent years as well.
