Tensioner is busted. Electrical tape on the big wire will fall off quickly, but might outlast the ziptie on the black hoses. The heat sink should be vertical.

There isn’t one. Engine bolts to a steel plate with slots and I just loosen the bolts and slide it to tighten belts

It’s not connected. It’s the old ignition wire that was on the old motor that ran to the cab of the truck. New motor has ignition box mounted on the motor itself
