I’ll never, ever understand all the hate that Coach O gets on this website
watching it all happen: from the melting when he was hired, to the love affair all of y’all showed him after the natty, to outright hate and vitriol directed at him now, was hilarious…. The tiger rant (the internet in general I suppose) is such a fickle shithole

I fit into the first two items listed, not the third. He gave us the greatest season ever and for that I’ll be forever grateful. But he didn’t know how he did it and the wheels fell off quickly. LSU has moved on and so have I. He can do whatever he wants to now…

You really are that dense you can't see the highs and lows hiring this guy and then the state the program he left it in? Keep your head buried in the sand I guess.

He spent half the time here Les did, had a better team than any of Les’, won as many NC’s, had a much better offensive game plan to the point you could actually start watching games again, for the most part didn’t play down to competition, didn’t waste players like Les did. Yet gets 10 times the hate as a LA native.

I don't hate him, I am just realistic. I never thought he should have been hired. Yes, he recruited Burrow here and gave us 2019 (which I think 3 people are responsible for.. Aranda, Burrow and Chase. Take one of them out of the equation and it doesn't happen. In my opinion).
His true colors showed in 2020 and 2021. And listening to Kelly when he said they have to teach the team how to practice. O left the program worse than it was when he took over.
I still don't think hiring him was a good hire. You don't fire a HC then hire your defensive line coach to replace him. Defensive coordinator? Yes. Not a DL coach.
