After a 2nd watch he definitely dropped in terms of whether he was a strong villain or not for me. Definitely wasn't creepy. A bit of overacting with him and Batman in Arkham. And I love Dano. Doesn't take away from the movie from me, I still love the movie, but The Riddler himself, not the story, isn't THAT great of a villain.

Watched it for the first time last night, and I enjoyed it a lot.
