But i wouldn't stop kids from totally playing video games. I would stop them from doing any tech while eating.

in general...grown man should not be playing video games. the exception is maybe an hour or 2 per week playing a game with your kids or if your wife likes to go to bed early and you have very young kids and you play while laying in bed.

but even then....pretty douche.
