Christian and Jewish culture are two very different thing. It’s everything from attitudes on killing, Christianity is pacifist, to the Christian proscriptions against usury.
Judeo-Christian is like saying Judeo-Islamic. Both are built from the Torah, but there are substantial differences.

What?
Did you miss the Crusades? Also, your last sentence doesn’t make sense when talking about Christianity as a whole.

That would be incorrect. I get what you are intending to say but it’s inaccurate. Why?
1. Christians see the Hebrew Bible on the same level as the New Testament cannon wise whereas Muslims see the Quran as superior.
2. The Quran was inspired by both the Hebrew Bible AND the New Testament (evident in the writings and knowing Muhammad’s history). Meaning it is another level removed from the Jewish faith
