Anyone know if it’s for this specific case with just another case or is it an unrelated separate case?

Were we not told by conspiracy kooks about Sealed Cases?

Interesting that TechnoFog hasn't picked up on this yet.

It's worth reminding folks: Tech Executive 1 is Rodney Joffe, who is exerting his Fifth Amendment privileges. While that's all well and good for him, this does not preclude someone on the other end of the conversation from providing their copies of written communications and filling in the blanks that Joffe refuses to.

What's this about secret trials?
Vox. It's about to start getting fun around here.

Legit question and no troll:
Is TPI around? Have not seen him since the q thread was taken down.

I've had one for quite some time, Rebel, because I know how this ends. The frickin hard part has been doing what little I can these last four goddamn years and being shite on for it every step of the way.
Don't worry though, I'll get my licks in when it's over.

Yeah, it's definitely getting interesting.
Cliff's for those not following as closely:
Everybody knows about the single charge of lying to investigators that Durham dropped on Sussmann last September. "This is a nothingburger," "Call me when someone important gets arrested", "You rubes fall for anything," ":LucyFootball.gif:" went the boo-birds from the cheap seats.
If you follow the entries on the CourtListener site that many of us post links to, you saw briefly yesterday that Item #63 was added, which was a sentencing transcript for a Michael Sussmann in front of a different judge than is hearing the OG Durham indictment against him.
They then removed the transcript and amended Item #63 to reflect that it had been "ENTERED IN ERROR". They didn't say it was the wrong defendant, they said it was the wrong case. Huge difference.

TPA popped up a few weeks ago when the UFO/UAP thread was strangely resurrected, but I haven't seen them since.

FWIW, TechnoFog may be slow on the draw for some of this analysis, as he and his wife just had a new baby girl earlier this month, per his Twitter feed.
The DawsonField account in the OP is a great alternate resource, as well as Brian Cates on Telegram. Cates has been one of the single most accurate journalists actually covering the details of Spygate since DJT's first tweet about it in March 2017.

When will his plead be thrown out and the decision reversed?
Probably about the time he becomes eligible to work at MSNBC.

Woof this thread is bad.
We really need to have a long talk about media literacy.

Why is it sealed? fricking deep state pricks.
It doesn't matter so much that it's sealed. It's official. This isn't some media story that just vanishes if CNN suppresses it. This is a "guilty in a court of law" type deal that will carry consequences whether CNN covers it or not.
But to answer your question, imo, it has been sealed for the same reason that they're still pretending Biden is actually POTUS and is actually in the White House. They aren't ready to make any of this public yet. But that time is coming soon.

Yeah, the black pill addicts are desperate for this to go nowhere, but despite their prayers at night that this go south, it's snowballing into more and more against the defense, and I'm not just meaning Sussmann.
Cates last night, when asked if Attorney-Client privilege applies when crimes involving both are at stake:
It's also worth mentioning that Durham filed a motion seeking to compel Perkins-Coie to produce 1400+ documents. P-C's defense is that those are protected by AC privilege.
Durham countered that of the 1400 emails requested, only 18 involve attorney-client matters of any stripe. If one reads between the lines, it's reasonable to infer that Durham already knows what's in the emails, he's just giving P-C a chance to play ball. They're clearly refusing, so I'm imagining the noose will tighten.
