I don’t think there is enough money to field every sports program at LSU. If you’re a football school, basketball will probably suffer. If you’re Duke or Kansas, football will get the leftovers after basketball.
If you are Stanford and have a billion dollar endowment, you should be buying all the greatest HS and college athletes.

If we as a support base can pay our basketball coach 2.9 million a year, why can’t we raise 375,000$ a year to pay each of our 15 roster spots 25,000 a season?
It’s not much but it gives them something and shows the kids that we value them.

It seems that some of you are just now understanding the difference between huge successful companies being based in LA versus big global companies just building all their nasty plants there, and what a really successful alumni/fan looks like. The LSU/LA pool just isn't as deep. I hope they figure something out though.

What is with all of the negativity around Gordon with LSU? One of the only local names that has been contributing this much for NIL already as far as I can tell.
