I've got 2 pilot buddies, one is an ex Marine chopper pilot flying for Southwest and the other is an ex-Navy pilot flying A321's for AA.
The ex-Marine flies like that 737 is his own personal Ferrari while the ex-Navy guy flies like his grandma is holding a cassrole in the backseat of the family Truckster

True story, AA pilots are known to taxi slower than any other airline.
