The feds need to get off their arse and deschedule it. The fact that people can’t partake in legalized states because of stupid fricking laws needs to stop but no one at the national level has any fricking nuts.

They seldom do something because it makes sense for consumers or most people want it. They prefer to drag shite out until people take sides. Then they can milk whichever side they choose for a few years of donations. They prefer the dispute go on forever so the spirited contributions continue. Once it’s resolved, donations end.

A bill just passed the House, the MORE Act, which decriminalizes weed and improves banking for legal states. It will inevitably be filibustered in the Senate, though if it were happen to pass Biden has expressed support for legalization.
