Pinson, Murray, Reid, O’Neal, Miller, Gaines are the top targets.

It’s Woodward’s responsibility through McMahon to keep this team together since he’s the one who fired the General.

Doing so without a plan to retain talent should result in his removal as AD.

What’s so laughable about the need to have a plan in place to keep our players?

There is no plan for that. It's Wade's fault.

There should have been a plan before firing Wade.

Hell it should come all the way from the top - Tate should be meeting one-on-one with each of these guys.

What kind of plan? The players are leaving because they believe LSU is about to face harsh penalties resulting from Wade's actions. What do you suggest that Woodward can do to make them stay?

Trading 4 and 5 stars for 2 and 3 stars. It's going to be a long 4 or 5 years minimum!

It amazes me how many people here can read the NOA and still put the blame at Scott Woodward's feet for the current state of the basketball program. Scott inherited Wade and Wade's mess. He acted like an actual responsible adult and fired Wade FOR CAUSE when the notice came in from the IARP council. This is 100% Will Wade's fault, not Scott Woodward's.

Does it suck? Yep. Will it get worse before it gets better? Yep. Will it get better? Yep. Do we have a capable AD who can help the program navigate all this crap? Yep.

Let's blame the guy who actually brought all this crap down on his own head and the program ... and that ain't Woodward.

The administration and coaches have to lay out their vision for the future of this program and convince them that they can stay here and remain on an upward trajectory.

Right before the biggest game of the season. So responsible.

You can work around the scholarship thing, and I would hope part of firing WW is to aggressively contest any potential postseason restrictions.

That NOA was a frickin joke.

Almost like Woody type it up and forwarded it to the NCAA himself

Also doesn’t the ncaa only run the big dance?

Could still play in SECCT and NIT

You can believe that the SEC will also impose at least what ever comes down from the NCAA

I like the NIt. Aggy wouldn’t have let us hear the end of it if they’d held on.
