Any suggestions? Maybe a bar that has a good sampling menu?

Lots of restaurants have good wine menus, and nearly all will give you tastes, but Blend downtown does a wine flight which is very cool.
As far as pure tastings, a few places do them on occasion. I know Martin’s has a tasting about once a month, the last being a French tasting with about twenty different bottles. And I’m sure there are others.

Beausoleil does it for free on Mondays, unless that has changed recently.
