Exactly. The guy cared so much about the program he was literally paying players out of his own pocket.
He had no help here in the beginning. That clearly changed after the Naz Reid class, that's why there was nothing in any report after that class.
The guy rebuilt what the two previous coaches managed to tear down. Just had to do it on his own to start and got too sloppy.
