Let me say this. I want Daniels to win because his skill set is exactly what Kelly and Denbrock have been using for a long time now. With that said, I still think Brennan at the helm will be damn good.

With Brennan I can still see a top 3-4 passing offense in the SEC (which would equate to a top 25 passing offense in the country), however with Daniels, I could see a legit dangerous offense, a more dynamic offense.

I just dont get the love for Myles Brennan, Im sure he is a good kid and i love nothing more than to see a kid stay and compete rather than leave. However when the pocket collapses he is a deer in the headlights, he lacks having the ability to bail out the pocket and make plays with his legs, yea the arm is strong and all that but....

OP post feels reminiscent of Jarret Lee

I want the guy who will carry us to a win without embarrassing the school. Give me whoever that guy is.

6 years is more than enough to prove yourself - don't you think?

May the best man win. Brennan had an NFL arm. I’d like to see him start, but, I want LSU to win.

Idgaf who wins the starting job. May the best man win. Thats the thing with a new coaching staff, there are no favorites and every player basically starts with a clean slate. Its an open competition and the best players will play regardless of the amount of time theyve been in the program or not. I really think jayden daniels has a good shot to win the job. He brings mobility and speed to an offense that is very rare. He has good arm strength and good accuracy as well. Him being able to extend plays with his legs is going to be something im watching for in the spring game, bc with the talent we have around him, thats a huge benefit. We will see who wins out, but i dont have any allegiance towards anyone nor a favorite. Just give me the qb that gives us the best chance to win games...period. Qb is just one of the position battles that im looking forward to seeing play out. Geaux Tigers.

Why'd they have to bring in Jayden Daniels, I wanted to see Brennan lead them this season.

I supposed I'm pulling for him to be the best, and THEN thus earn the starting job. Sure, I'll get behind that.

But ultimately if he's not the best, then no.

No seniority handouts, that's not how you win titles. And I don't believe CBK believes in that stuff at all.

Brennan would limit this offense to half of the playbook being effective
Your hope should be in Nuss and Daniels

I quit caring when the dude went from bean pole to post college 30 year old former frat star dad bod.

He did not stay in shape.

Matt mauck gets injured and betters himself by working on his passing.

Brennan looks like he spent the time at bogies.

This is the second time and second staff who brought in another qb.

I will have no problem if Brennan wins the job.

That doesn’t mean I have to root for him out of some sentimental thing
