How many people, stuck in that, are bitching about the I-10/ 110 bottle neck, not knowing what actually happened..?

They turned everyone around on the shoulder headed back west to 415.
I work on the service rd right there and could hear it when it happened.
The only people still in the east bound lane are big trucks that are stuck because they can't turn around

It’s a bad wreck involving a couple of large vehicles, but is it absolutely necessary to shut down 3 of 4 lanes of the interstate for several hours when the majority of the wreckage is in the grassy median?
