I played Greatwood the second week it was open, it was awesome.

Now the course has been through too many management companies that refused to reinvest into the course.

Current owners have no business being in the Golf business.

As a homeowner, the course still looks good driving bye, but there are way to many items that need to be fixed.

The City and us homeowners tried to buy it but Lopez refused to sell it.

Plenty of hate between the City and Lopez Mgt.

When you say "city", do you mean Sugar Land wanted to buy it? I live in Sugar Land near Imperial Sugar and play at Greatwood and River Pointe. Both are just average at best, but could be so much better... heck, still can't get a tee time online at River Pointe and this is 2022...
