Looks like we're letting a really good QB leave the state...

Playing for Jeff Brohm is not a bad thing for him. Would like to see him in BTR but coming is as a roster filler is not appealing

I agree he's going to a good situation, just tired of the exodus lately.

Quite possibly the best 3 or 4 QBs in LA will be going elsewhere this year...

It is strange. We wait forever to get some legit QBs in Louisiana and we 4-5 great ones over two years.

Ehh, he’s a good HS QB. Won’t do much in college

Don’t you know yet, when player don’t attend LSAu they won’t be college worthy?

Well I've been hoping for him as our QB for this class because while I would like Dante Moore, I just don't realistically think that's a possibility. Plus with a redshirt he's 2 years removed from Howard which would give him his first chance at starting possibly his 3rd year. I'd tell any QB recruit to give any school 2 years (one as a redshirt) and a spring. If you aren't the clear backup to a senior or the clear starter by then, leave immediately. You'd still have 3 years to play anywhere.

I bet if this dude was rated as a top 150 recruit, you wouldn't say that. Yall have to come off that.

Nothing against Collins but I always worry about the camp warriors that game doesn't translate to the field.

He has a ton of tools so it's possible but he's extremely raw and doesn't really light it up in highschool.

Also it's not like he was as a camp with Arch, Holstein and Malachi Nelson.

If he goes to the Elite 11 and stands out then I can hear it more for sure

We will get a solid QB in this class. Not worried about it. They are casting a wide net.

And you don't know that he will be a great college QB.

Still not sure why the massive downvotes??

It'll be interesting who we end up with...

Should recruit him anyway. The roster will be thin next year with Brennan gone and Nuss likely transferring too.

I don't get it either. He has tools to be a very good qb.
