He is a comedic actor and his entire cabinet is in the entertainment industry, writers, directors, actors, etc.

Churchill was a drunk war-mongering puppet who refused any and all terms for peace, needlessly sacrificing the lives of hundreds and thousands of his countrymen and collapsing the British Empire. He is one of the biggest villains in world history.
