Get on the Cox chat in the app and make sure to be reimbursed for the frickery.

Does that work? It’s super aggravating, especially when I’m in the verge of using up my high speed data on my cell plan and getting throttled

It was out for about 15 minutes for me, but now it's back (Corporate)

This. Everytime I lose it, I call and tell em and they threaten me with a $75 fee if it's my equipment. So, I've started asking for a reimbursement every time. bastards

shite goes down several times a week during working hours

Yes it works, and it's an absolute shame you have to request a reimbursement when the service they provide doesn't work. They tried to give my work only a 1 week credit when we were down for close to 2 months.
They tried telling me that they could see service going to our building, but you could see the cable line was cut when Entergy replaced the pole and there were no lines from the connection to the building.
